Five Pets... A Thousand Names

Hi! I have a question for you: How many names do you have? Silly question? No, no; at least, not in my house. You see, we are five pets here, and each one has it's official name. But Mom loooooves to invent a lot of nicknames for each one of us. I don't care at all, she can call me "Tutti-fruitty" if she wants; if she has prawns in her hands, I'll come anyway.

Let start with the ladies:

This is Kala, AKA: Kalita, Kali, Kalinsky, Coqui and Quikie (because she loves to run everywhere).

This is Piccola, AKA: Picco, Piccolita, Piccolitis, Piccoletta, Piccoletera and Piscola.

This is Liah, AKA: Lulu, Luli, Susi, Misusi, Miñiñi, Moñoñi, Juanita and Dudi.

This is Prince, AKA: Barrigoncito, Pinchi, Pinchito, Pinchitito, Piriririnchi, The Romantic Cat and The Dripping Cat.

And, of course, me, Pirulo, AKA: Piru, Pirulito, Pirulitito, Piruriru, Pirulinsky, Gordo, Gordito, Ballenita and Belleza.

Easy Sunday

*Sigh* Oh, yes, today was an easy day, at least for me. Not for Mom, she was working like crazy cleaning the house with that sucking monster that scares me to the bones. But, I decided to take things easily today, so I hang out all day around the house. It was a beautiful day. The wind was singing and the flowers were blooming, that gave a great idea, so I took a nap.

I even welcomed some visitors. But the most beautiful time of the day was the sunset. Don't you think? Oh, that was awesome! Now, Mom has finished all her duties and here I am, helping her rest a little.

Stressed Brother

Yes, like the title says, Prince was stressed today. I'm not the only one, you know. Prince wanted to go out, but all the doors were closed. So, he was trying desperately to open the door at all costs. Here's the scene. Enjoy! (je, je)

Wordless Wednesday: My Stepsister Michi

Club House

Prince and I have a Club House in our backyard. We used some already dropped leaves under a palm tree. Mom told us that we should recycle, so we have an ecological Club House. Yes, indeed, we are green cats (it got nothing to do with the fact that we are too lazy to build anything).

It's a Club House just for us, male cats; no girls allowed. I'm sorry about my dear girly friends. You know I love you all, but we need a place to do our manly things, like take naps and rest.

Well, guess what happened the other day: I was on my way to the club when I saw some girls around our secret palm tree.

"Hey! Who are you? What are you doing here?"
"What? There's another one? Oww, that's something I can't allow. Get away from my Club House!"
What happened was that Prince was distracted following a lizard of something and didn't watch the premises. I decided that we needed more walls, so I sent Prince for more palm leaves.

Efficiently, he found some very fast. I was happy and waiting for him to bring them.

And I waited...

And I waited...

Where is he?

He decided to get some rest. I thought: "What a lazy brother I have!" But, as I say: "If you can't fight against the enemy join them"... so I found a quiet place and decided to take a nap. Indeed I did.

Laundry basket cat

I love to play in the laundry basket. It's the best! I wait until Mom empties it and jump right in.


But Prince doesn't like it. He doesn't understand the dinamics of the play in here.
So, he prefers to leave me alone and go to the club house, he loves it there.Better for me. I'll rather stay here playing with Mom. She puts in a stick and I trap it. Since I was a baby I play with the stick in a laundry basket, It's something Mom and I can do without any intromission of my other brothers and sisters. Oh, how I enjoy it!
